I have decided that it would be better if I add to my blog just once a week that way the progress on my WIP's is significant.

At present I have 3 WIP's
Ink Circles :Circque des Cirque
Mirabillia : Lily of the Wood
Papillion Creations : How does your garden Grow

Circque des Circque
This is becoming addictive, I was up at 6.00am on Sunday morning stitching on this I really love how fast it grows!

This design reminds me so much of the Rose windows in Cathedrals that I have decided not to complete this shown in the chart I am going to leave the centre open and stitch an angel in there. Which one? not sure yet any suggestions?

Lily of the Wood
I have been stitching Lily for a few months now and she is all stitched, the beading is taking quite a long time, not only because I like to bead in the daylight!
I am hoping to finish her by the end of February before I start another large project
How does your garden grow?
This is my Thursday stitching it grows very quickly and I just love the colour combinations The design was given away in 2008 by http://www.papillon-creations.com/ and I thought it was so beautiful I just had to have it.

My next project

It appears that this blogging is getting to be addictive, what I am going to write in the next entry seems to be on my mind all day! Must make a mental note to myself not to get to AR about this *lol*

Anyways, looking over all my stitching it has occurred to me that I very rarely stitch abstract forms, so I thought that my next project should be just that, so I have decided to stitch 'Cirque des Cercles' by Ink Circles. Although I am sure that I will change something before the whole thing is finished - I usually do
Here is the first days stitching, as it was Sunday I really didn't have much stitching time, but I am quite pleased with the beginnings.

Finally Finished Easter Fairy

Well I finally finished all the beading on the Easter Fairy, I think you will agree she looks rather sweet..
She is stitched on 18 count aida that I dyed myself, pastel blue and pink, I am quite pleased with the result and think I will dye some more fabbie when I get the time.

The Beginning

Well as they say today is the first day of the rest of my life, so I have decided to start a blog... wish me luck in all my 50 + years I have never managed to keep a diary but I hope 2009 will the be beginning.

I have given myself the challenge of finishing all the Mirabillia holiday fairies this year .

I have finished New Year Fairy, I really enjoyed stitching her and she didn't take very long at all.

I am working on Easter Fairy now and hope that she will be complete very soon.
